Over the many years I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t when it comes to creating change and solving problems.
The most effective way I’ve seen change happen is when it’s directed from the ground up. It’s when individuals come together to form a common bond and direction – a community – where positive changes can be made.
It’s where each person comes together to exercise their power, rather than handing it to others in the ‘best interest’ of that community. It’s inclusive: it’s not just the leaders but every person in the community.
I enjoy encouraging communities to get involved in their local decision-making process. It empowers and inspires them to address issues in their community and nurtures wonderful community spirit.
I’d love to help you do this with your community.
